Orders that are marked as “Refused” or “Returned to Sender,” including situations where customers decline to pay required customs fees or fail to retrieve orders held by the courier, are not guaranteed to return to us .Therefore, these orders are only eligible for a 50% refund. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. As an alternative, we offer assistance in replacing your order.
Free trial orders are non-refundable. Our free trial promotion covers the cost of the trial products, with customers only responsible for the shipping fees. The default free trial period is 21 days from the order date.
